Having trouble with Scribble Relay? Browse the FAQ below. If you still need help, reach out — we're happy to assist.
How do I unlock Pro?
Tap the Pro button on the home screen or word pack selector. You'll see a one-time purchase option. After confirming with your Apple ID, Pro unlocks instantly and stays with your account — no subscription required.
How do I restore my purchases on a new device?
Open the app, go to Settings → Restore Purchases, and sign in with the same Apple ID you used to buy Pro. Your upgrade will be restored at no extra charge.
The app crashed — what do I do?
First, try force-quitting the app and reopening it. If it keeps crashing, make sure your device is running iOS 16 or later and that the app is up to date in the App Store. If the problem persists, email us with your device model and iOS version and we'll investigate.
Can I add my own words?
Custom word packs are not yet supported, but it's one of the most requested features. We're exploring it for a future update. Stay tuned!
Can I request a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the Scribble Relay purchase, and submit a refund request. Apple processes all refunds according to their App Store policy.
How many players can play?
Scribble Relay works best with 3–8 players, but you can play with as few as 2. Simply pass the phone around the group — no Wi-Fi or internet connection required.
Is there a multiplayer or online mode?
Not currently. Scribble Relay is designed as a local, pass-and-play game. An online mode may be considered in a future version.
My purchase didn't go through but I was charged. What do I do?
First, try "Restore Purchases" in Settings — Apple sometimes delays unlocking after a successful charge. If it still doesn't work, contact Apple Support at support.apple.com or email us and we'll help coordinate.
