Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Scribble Relay ("the app"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Scribble Relay for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of the app.
Scribble Relay offers an optional one-time "Pro" upgrade that unlocks additional word packs. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's payment terms. Prices are displayed in your local currency before purchase.
You agree to use Scribble Relay only for lawful purposes. You must not use the app to generate, store, or share content that is unlawful, harmful, or offensive. Because gameplay is local and never sent to our servers, you are responsible for the content you create during play.
All content, design, graphics, and word lists included in Scribble Relay are the property of the developer and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to any trademarks, logos, or proprietary content.
Scribble Relay is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the app.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the effective date at the top of this page when changes are made.
